Keeping track of your invoices and making timely payments ensures your hosting services remain active and uninterrupted. This guide walks you through finding, reviewing, and paying invoices in the INNOVATECH GROUP client portal.
Prerequisites
- An active INNOVATECH GROUP client account
- Access to the client portal at your usual portal address
- You are logged in to your account
Finding Your Invoices
- After logging in, navigate to Billing in the main menu (or go to the My Invoices section directly).
- The billing page displays several tabs: My Invoices, My Quotes, Quote Requests, and Mass Payment.
- Select the My Invoices tab to see all your invoices.
Searching and Filtering
- Use the search bar to find a specific invoice by its invoice number.
- Use the status filter to narrow the list:
- All — shows every invoice
- Unpaid — invoices awaiting payment
- Paid — invoices that have been settled
- Cancelled — invoices that were cancelled
Each invoice in the list shows a status badge (colour-coded) so you can quickly identify which invoices need attention.
Viewing Invoice Details
- Click on any invoice in the list to open its detail page.
- The detail page displays:
- Invoice number and status in the header
- Invoice date and due date
- A table listing each line item with its description, due date, and amount
- A totals section showing subtotal, tax, any credit applied, and the total amount due
- From the detail page you can:
- Download a PDF copy of the invoice for your records
- Pay the invoice (if the status is Unpaid) using the Pay button
Paying an Invoice
- Open the invoice you wish to pay.
- Click the Pay Invoice button on the invoice detail page.
- You will be directed to complete payment through the payment method configured on your account. Depending on your setup, this may redirect you to an external payment processor to finalise the transaction.
- Once payment is complete, the invoice status will update to Paid.
Paying Multiple Invoices at Once
If you have several unpaid invoices, you can use the Mass Payment tab on the billing page to select and pay multiple invoices in a single transaction.
Using Account Credit
Your current credit balance is displayed at the top of the billing page. If you have available credit, you can top it up using the Top Up Credit button. Account credit can be applied toward invoice payments.
What to Do If Something Looks Wrong
- Incorrect amount: If an invoice total does not match what you expected, open a support ticket with the invoice number and a description of the discrepancy. Do not pay the invoice until the issue is resolved.
- Payment not reflecting: Payment processing times vary by payment method. If your payment does not appear after a reasonable period, check your bank or payment provider for confirmation, then contact support with the transaction reference.
- Overdue invoice: If an invoice is past its due date, pay it as soon as possible to avoid any service interruptions. If you are experiencing difficulty making payment, contact support to discuss your options.
When to Contact Support
Open a support ticket if:
- An invoice amount appears incorrect or unexpected
- A payment you made is not reflected on your account
- You need to arrange alternative payment terms
- You have questions about charges on your invoice
